In the lower right corner of the screen you’ll see either the

chat button  or email

The Chat button indicates a customer service rep is online and available to help right now.

The Email button is often the fastest way to get your question answered.  Even if we’re not available for online chat, your email will be answered.  Please include your PCMS version number (found in HELP / ABOUT menu)  with your question.
